Local Sourcing  ·  Arizona Born

Pulled
local.

Every time.

Sourced close. Poured fresh. The breweries we tap, the beef on our burgers, the partners that keep the kitchen real. All within driving distance.

The Philosophy

Local is not a label. It’s a habit.

We are not the first bar to put “locally sourced” on a wall. But we mean it. Our drafts lean Arizona because Arizona makes great beer. Our beef comes from down the road because the down-the-road version tastes better.

The list below is real, growing, and built on relationships. When something works, we keep pouring it. When we find something better, we make room.

On Tap

Sourced close. Plus a piece of home.

Two breweries pour through our taps with a real story behind them. One is right around the corner. The other is a tribute to where the owners come from. Both earn their place on the bar.

Chandler, AZ

San Tan Brewing

Big Arizona name, big Arizona presence. One of the most-tapped craft breweries in the state, and the brewery we build our local AZ draft program around. Look for their Moon Juice IPA and Juicy Jack Hazy IPA on rotation.

Local on Local A real Arizona craft brewery pouring through real Arizona neighborhood bar taps. Down-the-road sourcing, the way it was meant to work.
Juneau, AK

Alaskan Brewing Co.

Founded in 1986 by Marcy and Geoff Larson, Alaskan was the first brewery in Juneau after Prohibition. Their flagship Alaskan Amber is built on a Gold Rush-era recipe, and their Husky IPA pulls from the same cold-water tradition. Both pour through our taps.

A Tribute to Home Our owners come from Alaska, and Alaskan Brewing on tap is the most direct way we know to keep that tie alive. Rare to find on Arizona taps. Right at home on ours.
Behind the Bar

Tequila, made local.

Spirits get the same treatment as the kitchen and the taps. When something on the back bar is locally owned and worth pouring, we pour it.

Gilbert, AZ

Señor Rio Tequila

Boutique, ultra-premium tequila built on a three-generation family recipe. Founded in Gilbert by Debbie Medina-Gach and her late husband Jonathan Gach in 2007, Señor Rio is one of the few Arizona-owned tequila brands on the market. Each batch is distilled in Tequila, Jalisco, the traditional way.

The brand also gives back. A dollar from every bottle goes to We Care Crusade, a nonprofit Debbie founded to support families of children with special needs.

From the Kitchen

Real food, close to home.

The kitchen runs the same way the bar does: the further from a chain warehouse, the better. Our burgers are built from local Buckeye beef. Our produce, our buns, our specialty bites all lean on partners that share our standards.

The full partner list is something we are continuing to refine, and we will publish names here as relationships are confirmed and current. For now, here is what we can tell you.

Why It Matters

Better in. Better out.

When the burger is built from beef that was raised an hour west, it tastes different. When the IPA was brewed in Chandler, it pours fresher. We are not here to lecture about local. We are here to put a better version on the table.

“The down-the-road version tastes better. So we pour the down-the-road version.”

That is the entire philosophy. No buzzwords, no green-washing, no menu page committee. Just better food and better drinks, built from people who live close.

Taste the difference. Today.

Roll in for happy hour and try a local draft. Order a burger and meet the beef. The patio is open every day, and the kitchen is hot until close.
