Sourced close. Poured fresh. The breweries we tap, the beef on our burgers, the partners that keep the kitchen real. All within driving distance.
We are not the first bar to put “locally sourced” on a wall. But we mean it. Our drafts lean Arizona because Arizona makes great beer. Our beef comes from down the road because the down-the-road version tastes better.
The list below is real, growing, and built on relationships. When something works, we keep pouring it. When we find something better, we make room.
Two breweries pour through our taps with a real story behind them. One is right around the corner. The other is a tribute to where the owners come from. Both earn their place on the bar.
Big Arizona name, big Arizona presence. One of the most-tapped craft breweries in the state, and the brewery we build our local AZ draft program around. Look for their Moon Juice IPA and Juicy Jack Hazy IPA on rotation.
Founded in 1986 by Marcy and Geoff Larson, Alaskan was the first brewery in Juneau after Prohibition. Their flagship Alaskan Amber is built on a Gold Rush-era recipe, and their Husky IPA pulls from the same cold-water tradition. Both pour through our taps.
The kitchen runs the same way the bar does: the further from a chain warehouse, the better. Our burgers are built from local Buckeye beef. Our produce, our buns, our specialty bites all lean on partners that share our standards.
The full partner list is something we are continuing to refine, and we will publish names here as relationships are confirmed and current. For now, here is what we can tell you.
When the burger is built from beef that was raised an hour west, it tastes different. When the IPA was brewed in Chandler, it pours fresher. We are not here to lecture about local. We are here to put a better version on the table.
That is the entire philosophy. No buzzwords, no green-washing, no menu page committee. Just better food and better drinks, built from people who live close.
Roll in for happy hour and try a local draft. Order a burger and meet the beef. The patio is open every day, and the kitchen is hot until close.
